Culinary Sales is a complete foodservice broker. We provide complete coverage throughout New England using the team approach of selling. Our philosophy is simple: we limit the number of principals we have and we focus on growing the business. The owners of Culinary Sales believe in doing what it takes to get the job done. Making it a win-win situation for the end user, distributor and manufacturer is what brings us long-term success.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with the title of Certified Chef de Cuisine from the American Culinary Federation. Dan started his career as a food broker Sales Representative in the South Florida market. He then joined Bestfoods as an Operator Sales Representative and continued to take on roles of increasing responsibility, which included Territory Manager and Area Manager before being relocated to his home state of Connecticut as Regional Sales Manager. Dan has been in the food service industry for the past 19 years.
