The Carriage House Companies, Inc., a unit of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., was formed in 2000, the result of a merger of the Red Wing Companies, Inc., Torbitt & Castleman Company, Inc. and Martin Gillet & Co., whose founding dates back almost two centuries. These companies were merged to capitalize on each of their independent strengths, resulting in leadership through superior products across ten key retail and six key foodservice categories.

Today, Carriage House is one of the nation's leading manufacturers of quality private label foods, including jellies and preserves, peanut butter, barbeque sauce, mexican sauces and various syrups. Carriage House has established itself as a major supplier to the foodservice, retail and international market segments and will continue to focus on and lead these sectors into the future.

Beverage Specialties Ltd., a division of The Carriage House Companies, Inc., is made up of two of America's premier cocktail mix lines: Major Peters' Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Mixes and JERO Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Mixes. Both offer a full line of products for on-premise and off-premise consumption.
